We have mobilised our team to work from home and can assure you all critical services such as sales, driver support and accident management are fully operational.

What does this mean for our customers?

If you believe you are experiencing financial hardship, or wish to discuss your options, we encourage you to get in touch on the numbers above.

Our team will assess these enquiries on a case by case basis to determine the options available to you. Please note that for Hardship applications, you may need to provide evidence including:

  • A current income and expense declaration
  • A separation certificate (termination of employment)
  • Evidence of change in employment hours or contract not being renewed
  • Jobseeker Payment / Newstart application or evidence of payments
  • Your last 3 months Bank Statements
  • A medical certificate

What happens to my lease if my employment is reduced or terminated?

In the event your employment situation changes, we have a range of options depending on your individual circumstances. Some of which include:

  • Lease modifications, to reduce running costs or extend the lease term,
  • Deferring payments for an agreed period.
  • Transferring to a finance lease, removing your employer from the agreement.
