CALCULATION ASSUMPTIONS

FBT based on statutory method. 2018/19 income tax rates for Australian resident individuals aged over 18 and earning over $18,200 is used. Medicare levy is calculated at 2% of taxable salary and no Medicare Levy reductions/exemptions are considered. No tax offsets, medicare levy surcharge or other considerations are taken into account. For cars that exceed the relevant luxury car thresholds, non-deductible depreciation has been taken into account in the above calculations. The above illustrated Estimated Net Impact on Take Home Pay have been calculated using annual Gross Salary (excluding Super) of $120,000.
