Choose Your Car
Step 1:
Select the car you love and let us help you secure a great deal!Once you’ve landed on your make and model of choice, and have a budget in mind, contact one of our Novated Leasing Consultants to get the ball rolling (1800 811 922).
Our team can source vehicle quotes for you (leveraging our buying power, dealership network and saving you the stress of dealership negotiations).
Our consultants can also answer all your leasing questions, help you work through different leasing scenarios, and budgeting options you may wish to consider as part of your novated leasing package.

Get Approved
Step 2:
We’ll seek your employers’ approval and ask you to complete a finance applicationWhen you’ve considered your options, have a great deal, and would like to proceed, your Custom Fleet consultant will seek the go–ahead from your employer.
We’ll also ask you to complete an online finance application (using our online Fleet Office portal) and conduct a credit check.
Once approved, your vehicle order can be placed!

Take Delivery
Step 3:
Take delivery of your new car and enjoy the drive!When all the necessary paperwork is complete, and Custom Fleet makes payment for your car, you can choose to either pick it up from the dealer yourself or have it delivered to a location of your choice.
Once you’re behind the wheel, you can simply enjoy the drive!
As Custom Fleet will be deducting your bundled lease payment directly from your salary, you don’t have to worry about a thing. We’ll even take care of your registration renewals each year.

Enjoy our app
Step 4:
Easily track your Novated Lease from beginning to end with our dedicated smartphone appUse our intuitive Drive App to access important information about your lease, keep track of your budgets and update your odometer readings.
Our Drive app also provides all the contacts and service booking information you might need over the course of your lease.
Once your lease term approaches its end, we can also support you through the next step – whether it be on-selling, paying out the vehicle or taking up a new lease.
Our Drive app is available for both iOS and Android to make keeping track of your lease easy.

We’ll make sure you’re covered with our comprehensive car insurance – or you can choose to source your own.
Registration and CTP
